At RampCheck Aviation, we value our customers and appreciate your support! We want you to be happy with your purchase and have established the following policies to ensure a fair and smooth shopping experience.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, but exchanges may be approved under certain circumstances. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue and, in most cases, gladly provide a replacement at no additional cost.
For approved exchanges unrelated to product defects or fulfillment errors, customers are responsible for any applicable shipping costs.
Applicable Laws & Consumer Rights. RampCheck Aviation complies with all applicable consumer protection laws and regulations. While our general policy is that all sales are final, refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided when required by law. Nothing in our store policies limits or overrides your rights under applicable law.
Shipping & Fulfillment
Many of our products are made to order. Depending on the items purchased and their fulfillment locations, your order may arrive in separate packages and at different times.
Order Issues & Missing Packages
If you experience a problem with your order or your package hasn’t arrived, please email us at hello@rampcheckaviation.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos when applicable.
We’ll review your concern and respond as quickly as possible to help make things right.
